Follow the food pyramid!

There are so many “fad diets”, weight loss methods, “bulking” methods, some legitimate some not. The most important thing to remember is that health comes first, your body needs fats, oils and carbohydrates. The things that many “lose weight fast” diets tell you not to consume. Review the food pyramid, create a program for yourself that includes the necessities for a well balanced diet. We are all different so serving sizes will vary.
