Tools for the Fit War!

  • George Foreman grill-for 20 bucks or even free if you borrow cousin’s old edition. This tool is quick and easy for food preparation. You can grill a variety of meats and veggies in a short amount of time and reduces fat significantly than your conventional grill.
  • George Foreman skillet- If you are like me you are a breakfast lover, specifically pancakes and eggs. The skillet has similar capabilities as the grill in regards to reducing fat and also has a temperature gauge so you can sauté veggies or even stir fry .
  • Crockpot Slow cooker- geared for you busy bodies that do not plan to be home for more than 8 hours. No worries, all you have to do is prep your food however you like, press the timer you will have a hot meal waiting for you when you arrive home.
  • Rice cooker Fast -an easy way to cook rice, quinoa or even oatmeal . Great time saver, rather than constantly stirring rice in a pot of water on low heat.
  • The old fashion  Blender smoothie- prepares shakes, dips, you name it this device does it all.
